Credit Card Payment

Accepted credit cards are Visa and MasterCard. The purchase price will be charged to the User's or Customer's bank account, and the purchase will be considered effective upon confirmation of payment by the corresponding bank entity. Credit cards will be subject to verification and authorisation by the respective bank entity. If the payment is not authorised by the bank entity, Trece will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery and will not be able to process the order with the user.

In case the Point of Sale Terminal (POS) reports a card denial, the order will be automatically canceled, and the User or Customer will be notified of the cancellation.

Payment via PayPal

In this mode, payment will be made according to the conditions agreed upon by the User or Customer with PayPal, through the PayPal platform. If Trece needs to issue a refund to the User or Customer, it will be done through the same channel.

Bank Transfer

In this mode, payment will be made by the User or Customer to Trece's bank account. Upon completing the purchase, you will receive an email and the payment details and steps to follow for the transfer of the order will be displayed on the screen. The purchase will be considered complete when Trece receives the payment amount.

Secure SSL / HTTPS Payment

All our payments and connections are protected with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which is a global security standard that enables the encrypted transfer of data between a web browser and a web server. This ensures a secure connection and guarantees to visitors that they are on a safe website.

All purchase processes are linked to our bank entity, ensuring that all data is managed and sent directly to the bank we work with using a secure protocol (HTTPS).

Shipments are handled by Amphora Logistics, offering a door-to-door service within 24-48 hours (to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, delivery takes 5 days).

All orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT) on a business day will be attempted to be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GMT) will be shipped on the next business day. However, some orders may take between 24 and 48 hours to process.

To proceed with the return of a defective item, we offer you two options: through our transport company, or through a post office or any other carrier (e.g., Nacex, Correos Express, etc.).

  • You will be responsible for the cost of the return in either case.

  • The maximum deadline for sending us an email with your return request is 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period, we will not be able to accept the return of your order.

  • Once the return is approved (after verifying that the returned items are in the same condition as they were sent, unused, with their original labels and complete original packaging), you will receive the refund in the same form as your original payment. We will send you a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be credited to your account in a few days.

  • Please note that the refund to your credit card or PayPal account depends on your banking institution.

Transportation expenses (both shipping and return) will only be refunded when Trece Racing Society is responsible for the cause of the product return (wrong product shipped, product in poor condition, etc.).
